We waited for our buzzer to go off, went back inside and they had given ours seat away. It took less than a minute for us to make it back in side. on top of that the hostess seating us came off as rude. The waitress was the saving grace of the night she was very nice and quick to get us wait we needed.
We ordered takeout for the first time and this place sucks! Steak was Raw and bloody The appetizers was all Burnt The bread was hard as a rock Chicken wings was Black with no sauce!! Overall a waste of my money this Place sucks
In my travels from Michigan to Georgia, the Columbus area is a good stopping place for a rest and a good meal. I like Outback. I try to locate an Outback and the get a very close motel, preferably Marriott. On my way down I went around Columbus to the east and had the best steak I had ever had at Outback, A BIT SALTY but good, somewhere near Parkersburg, WV. This trip back to Michigan, I went north of Columbus, Findlay, OH......An Outback within walking distance of my hotel, which was not a Marriott but base on the location of Outback. Service was good, sides were good, BUT WHY SO MUCH SALT ON THE STEAK...I CAN ADD SALT, BUT I CANNOT REMOVE IT. Never again. I COULDN'T ENJOY THE TASTE OF THE STEAK FOR THE SALT.....DUMBASS ! If you like a lot of salt and don't care about your health, maybe this is a place for you.
I've always been a huge fan of The Outback , but today For the first time I was not they brought me my plate with burnt , not just burnt but actually black , coconut shrimp. It's supposed to be golden brown. I liked at it and thought " now why did the server even bring that to the table" . If I was her I would of told the cook you've got to be kidding . It's all about presentaion. I can burn food at home by myself , lol that's why I go out to eat.I did tell her that it tasted burnt and needed a new batch. All I tasted was a few pieces of the coconut.
Its a chain, so you know what to expect from the menu. But service here is usually poor and it seems to affect food quality. They are a steak house and rarely cook my steak to the right temperature,
