I was on my way home when my transmission went out. Since it was near midnight we got a room and called the local office first thing in the morning. Otis was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. Car was clean and in decent condition. As I am 100 miles away (in Columbus) and trying to get a transmission fixed time of rental has been extended, and again Otis was prompt and courteous in changing schedules. I've rented many places, and Enterprise seems to be the most consistent, with this office being excellent.
