I have been taking my car to Findlay Tuffy for almost a year now, and I can safely say that they have offered me the most consistently outstanding service of any auto mechanic I've ever worked with. They do fast but thorough service. They call repeatedly during service to give updates and make suggestions. They are extremely resourceful - as true mechanics are - and able to give several options for approaching a problem. They have looked for every opportunity to give me a break when it comes to saving money. Most importantly, they are friendly, courteous, and eager to listen when I tell them what's going on with my car.
John and Rhonda are not only wonderful people, but they do wonderful work. I have been bringing them my car for almost 2 years now and have had nothing but outstanding experiences. They never take advantage of you or try to sell you services that you do not need, which I really appreciate!
