Had Hannah to cut my hair. I wanted swept bangs and dead ends cut off. She did not listen to me. I didn't want a shampoo or drying. She said the she had to wash and dry it to cut it evenly. She then charged me extra for something I didnt want.
Her and her co-workers talked unprofessionally about customers. From her words, don't go there for hair colors. Hannah kept pushing for me to buy hair products. I continued to tell her no. I told her that I was not happy and would have to go somewhere else to get what I wanted. This is a very unprofessional business. You will get what you paid for. Hannah is the worst hair stylist ive ever had. Tipped $0. If you want to leave with good looking hair, dont go here. I also called cooperate. Will never come here again.
