They are doing some remodeling which I understand is necessary at a certain point, but still inconvenient. The pool was completely closed down and there was a notice about it at the front desk. However, for those like us that booked online there was still a big green check mark by indoor pool n I told my kids I'd get a place with a pool. Then don't know there isn't one till after its too late bc no refunds. They're aholes. I stay at comfort inn or suites a lot n it's always great. This one not so much. Not only all that, but the staff is very rude and could care less. Not cool.
This hotel is very nice for its price. The room was very clean and the pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was good, especially the coffee. The only downside was the train that I could clearly hear as I tried to go to sleep. Overall, it was a great hotel and I would stay again.
180 Degree turn about from my “itchy horrific experience” at the Super 8. You do get what you pay for. And for the cost of just a few Starbucks trips more we slept at the Comfort Suites in peace and comfort. Clean sheets, comfy bed, no dirt in the corners, pristine bathroom. Non smoking meant non smoking, not a whiff of second hand smoke
