They take great care of their patience and the people who love them. I bring both of my dogs here.
If I would have done this two years ago, I would have rated BVV a 5 star. Dr. Schroll was our vet, she was amazing and we never had any problems. However, things have started going down hill. Dr. Chiu is now our vet since Dr. Schroll left. When Gemma was in for her yearly appointment, Dr. Chiu gave Gemma the wrong vaccines. Dr. Chiu called 15 minutes later, was very apologetic, said she was thinking about her next case, but reassured me that Gemma would be fine and Gemma was, she just had to go back again for the correct vaccine. While I understand mistakes happen, I don't know how I feel about Dr. Chiu focusing on another case while she's in with my dog. I let that slide. Both Gemma and Maya are on revolution, I called yesterday around noon to get refills, I was told I would be called when it was ready. It gets to be 5pm and I was never called. So I call back and was told that it was ready. So I go in to pick it up this morning, and guess what? It hasn't been verified. There is no revolution to pick up. I really don't want to find another vet, but if BVV continues on this downward slope, I'll have no choice.
I absolutely love this clinic everyone is so nice and helpful I take all my animals here including my reptiles they explain everything in detail and take their time with you and your pet and awnser every question you have I refer everyone to this clinic that needs a vet I give them 5 stars
