Line is ridiculous. 2nd lady at counter just stood there and watched the whole time not even assisting customers aswell as badmouthing customers when they would ask a question. Extremely rude staff , the one lady had the nerve to tell me i had terrible hand writing. This place definitely needs to address these issues. Its out of control
The staff is plain rude and slow. The actual deliverers are decent but mail still goes to the wrong house more often than it should.
Package arrived this morning go on my lunch break from work to go get my package because it showed up a day early so instead of waiting another day for them to deliver it I go to pick it up and they tell me it's not there (this is the first person I talked to) it's out for delivery when it says it's at the post office oh and she never looked up my tracking number she acted like she knew all about my packed. So I called after I left with out my package and talked to a different person he then ask for my info and finds my package and says yes it's here but we can give it to you because we don't have any clerks to that job. And then tells me to come back later in the evening !? I think he forgets that they close at 5! Nothing but a bunch of prick ass people with government jobs who don't care about customers.
Said they attempted to deliver at my house at 11am. I was home on the couch by the door and no one ever knocked... said they left a card.. no card to be found.
As a business we always used to get our mail in the morning. Now, we're lucky to get any mail at all. It's usually 2-3 days before our mail arrives. I have called and complained, but nothing ever changed. The businesses around us, also complain. We seem to have different carriers all the time, and find our mail has been delivered elsewhere. Our packages no longer ship USPS, we use UPS or FEDEX, because I know they will get picked up. I buy our stamps online. I avoid going into the PO because the lines are too long.
