Was served stale flat bread 06/08/17 and told it needs to be toasted to not be hard and crack when handled, I've managed subways in the past and my experience tells me this manager is lying to me, only stale flat bread or cold from the fridge cracks and is hard. My bread was room temp. Will not be back simply because the manager treated me like I was clueless and dismissed my concerns and just walked away. This same shop served me a COLD steak n cheese sandwich 2 weeks(?) ago never heated the meat or melted the cheese or gave me the option to, I should have stop frequenting the location then but everyone deserves a second chance. It's advised to avoid this location, there are other locations within a mile that don't serve you cold steak or stale flat bread.
