It was my first time to the city of Findlay and the Elder-Beerman there. What an absolutely positive experience I had! I needed to return some items I had purchased online. I couldn't return my purchases at the Lima Elder-Beerman because that store was closing soon. So, I made the hour-long drive to Findlay's Elder-Beerman. What a clean and beautiful city. I made four new friends while at Elder-Beerman, two sales associates and two customers, like me. Tiffany P. was the sales associate at the shoe department. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful. She helped me find a pair of boots that would fit my foot and calf size--love the boots! The other sales associate was Levi. I think he worked in the jewelry/perfume department. He was also professional, friendly and helpful.The two lovely and fun ladies were June and Violet.Thanks, Findlay, for a great city and friendly people!

Couldn't find a Cashier and when we did she waited on a Customer that was BEHIND US IN LINE!!! Another Employee claimed that Elder Beerman is short Staffed and if they would pay better they would have better Employees. (I'm guessing the Pay would have something to do with why as a Cashier she was wearing house slippers!) LITERALLY!!! Dropped my Merchandise and Proceeded to Kohls.
