I've shopped at better designed stores operated by the chain than Findlay's. The merchandise is more appealing and a better variety of items at the store in Bowling Green as well as Lima.

Found a formal fory son's wedding,for 17$ excellent shape perfect fit!
The turn over in merchandibetter se offering is slow with nearly the same items offered on a weekly basis. The market in Hancock county deserves a better operated store.
I went to shop yesterday afternoon, the cashier lady at No. 1 counter was extremely rude to me! She was doing good to the previous customers who are American couple. When I went to the counter, she did NOT give me any greetings, and after I paid my stuff, she did NOT say thanks or anything she should to treat her customers. She did NOT say even a word to me during the whole time! I would like to give a negative star if I could! This is totally racial discrimination! Why TJ MAXX ever hired staff like this! Never come back to this store again! So disappointed!
Those two stores serve smaller towns and customer numbers.
