Always good service friendly and a variety of Flowers
I wish i could give them no stars, as i am absolutely disappointed. I ordered flowers online to be delivered on the 16th, they did not show up. As soon as i made the order money was taken out of my account, and i have not been refunded at all. I am highly upset, would not recommend. Total waste of time and a disappointment to company ethics.
Gave specific instructions for a funeral arrangement, including hand-written names and setiments. ALL WERE A TOTAL MESS!!!!!!!!!!!! Asked for manager to return my call and, am still waiting... 6 years later... Never again nor will ever recommend.
I wouldn't even give them the 1 star. I ordered online for Saturday delivery because I knew Sunday for Mothers Day would be a crazy. I called my Mom Saturday at 5:45 to see if she liked her flowers. She said she didn't get flowers or she would of called me. When I called Great Scot the lady said she cancelled orders cause she was to overwhelmed but she didn't email me or call and they didn't refund my money either. So she said she would have them there today. It's 1pm and when I called she hadn't even made the flowers yet for my Mom.You would think that if you missed the delivery date you would of had them on the porch the next day at 8am. I am upset. This company garentees their work and delivery and if the flowers would of been there this morning I would of let it go and been satisfied but here a day late and 1pm and flowers aren't even made. I am piss
