I will no longer buy screwdrivers from Lowe's and I will recommend to all of my friends that they stay away from it as well, due to the fact that they do not honor their warranties.
They need to better educate their employees for customer service, especially when they are in customer service!

Applied for a credit card and was denied. I have a 650 or higher score and just recently got a loan for a vehicle and the lady I was talking to said a recent vehicle loan or a new credit card would cause a denial. I make 45,000 a year and now your competition being home Depot which I have a card for but have to drive 20 minutes farther will get the sale. To bad for you.
The people are not very friendly at this Lowe's. I took back a screwdriver that was broken, which has a lifetime warranty, and they did not even know what to do with it. So I just left the screwdriver there and told them thank you and I left.

A nice place to shop for any weekend remodeling project or for any professional contractor. They have a helpful staff. Great selection of professional grade tools to choose from. Love the indoor lumber yard and the canopy covered pickup zone.
