As a form employee I can honest say this was the worst place I ever worked at towing prices are very high. They do not take care of there employees or customers. If it was me I would choose a different tow company to use.
This place is a scam.. They took advantage of a young kid with his first need of assistance.. Tried to get $500 from him for towing and a week of storage cost.. When 4 of the 7 days they we're closed, so he could not pick up the car without an additional $90 fee, and then two more days of them trying to FIND his car. $165 they charged for tow even when he used AAA, so it should not have cost him for towing at all. AAA had to get a hold of them to take that charge off. NEVER LET THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER INFLUENCE WHERE TO TAKE THE CAR.. Lesson learned for me and my son.
These people are dumb! Said i had to be with my vehichle at a shop to tow a motor blown truck while i was at work! No exceptions! I would not recomend anyone like this to anyone
My son had a flat and Brian did an excellent job called in advance and very quickly and professionally handle the situation. Even on a brutal cold morning he provided service with a smile.
My bike was recently found after being stolen around a year ago. Company that towed it from ada oh to findlay oh along with 4 other stolen vehicles are charging me $687 for towing services. Saying it took 5 hours of labor which ya it probably did but for all the vehicles not just my motorcycle. They told me they are charging each person for 5 hours of labor at $125/hr. Talk about a huge rip off when they were there a total of 5 hours for all vehicles. I would never recommend them to anyone!! Tried to talk to them about my fees and owner of company supposedly will not budge on the towing bill
