Do not buy from them I'm still can't get them to come out to fix things we have black mold roof leaks I can go on and on we will be in Court soon. 1-10 I give a 0
Knowing we were building out of their area a d would not be using them they still were really helpful and took the time to get us pointed in the right direction. Good people, I am sad they don't serve our area of intrest.
TriPoint was very helpful through this whole process. We had some major issues with our insurance company and mortgage company that caused a lot of stress and delays and TriPoint helped us and stayed with us through the whole ordeal where I feel no one else would have and would have given up on us. They assured us that would get through it and everything would turn out ok and in the end we ended up with a beautiful home with all the features we wanted. It is the house of our dreams.
