Awesome people! Louis, Donovan and Ricky were great! They made my transfer from and old carrier to them seamless and painless! They were entertaining and professional too! 5 star reccomendation for customer service, knowledge and professionalism!

Over an hour wait while employee bantered with a customer and discussed what to get for lunch. Then when it was my turn he hit out his own phone and proceeded to text. Nor did anyone tell me the new iPhone would be out in September but luckily when I called AT&T later, they did.

Let me say first, Ricky was great, on his personal side he would've gotten 5 stars, great guy. I turned in my old galaxy 5 active for store credit-great, but apparently "I" was suppose to tell them I had a sim and sd card?? They could apparently see neither my husband, nor I, have been to a store for phones in awhile, so why don't they know that those phones required sim and sd? He didn't even take the back off. So, we had to wait nearly 1.5 hours for pics and contacts to transfer, we went to eat in that time, but had to drive all the way back across town to pick it up again. Then, had to call for my sd card to be returned. Now, waiting for store to open so I can ask about old sim, did they reset to default??(because nothing was done in front of me at all). All my info is on that old phone and I didn't think to ask about how they make it secure for me, and no one offered info. We also wasn't asked what price we wanted to pay per month, we've always paid the lower because we have 7 smartphones on our plan, I'll have to ask.

I can't believe I'm spending my free time writing a positive review for an AT&T store but this place gets s**t done. Ask for Louis.

I'm thankful to this group of people who work here - they helped me understand my bill and saved me money - they truly care about customers of AT&T! I recommend!

Look, I understand the "get to know your customer", but remember the main purpose first and foremost, the sell, and make that very thing come out right. Use the paper for a checklist, of sorts, so nothing gets forgotten when you are bonding with your customer. The trick is to stay on track, cross every t and dot every i, while staying engaged with the customer. We could've talked to Ricky all day. Donovan was nice too, by the way. Just need more skills under their belt. 4 stars if nothing was forgotten from my old phone, 5 stars if things ran smoothly, talking while getting us out, without hiccups.
