From my experience, this is one of the greatest little computer shops around. I've bought from the "giants." and only gotten so-so information. Here I can ask questions, get great service, and best of all, prices are competitive with the big-box stores. I've had them build two computers for me from scratch and both were far and away better than anything "off-the-shelf." Definitely recommend them.
Good place to go for used and refurbished computers. The repair services are decent as well. Their customer service is very good.
