I've joined the "Geek Squad "service and am highly impressed by their knowledgeable and friendly work. Once you have joined and pay the membership fee they go all out on explaining and repairing even some older things you may not have purchased at Best Buy.
Wanted to purchase some car audio equipment. Went to the car audio section where the clerk was helping someone so I looked at stereos and speaks. Then the clerk went somewhere with the other customer so I stood there for 10- 15 minutes. There was about 4 other clerks chatting it up by the tv's some looked my way but didn't acknowledge me. I was still looking around that section when a manager stopped with a clipboard, looked at a few things and wrote on the clipboard but never acknowledged me. I waited a few more minutes, looked down at the clerks chatting it up by the tv's with no response. I then walked out the front door and spent my money elsewhere where I was greeted by 3 employees saying how can we help you.
This Best Buy location has always provided me with quick, easy solutions for my tech needs for a few years now. The variety can be lacking on the floor, but a lot of items can be bought online for pickup at the store. The staff has always been attentive to my wants, often providing alternative ideas to see how they can help.
BEST shopping experience I have had in a very long time! The general manager was very knowledgeable in the products. I will take the drive to shop here again....it was well worth it!
